Quincey Cattle Beef was founded in 1992 by Don Quincey, whose deep roots in the cattle industry and passion for the land laid the foundation for a trusted, family-driven operation. Building on his family's legacy—his father started the long-standing Chiefland Farm Supply—Don expanded beyond cow-calf operations through a lasting partnership with Sparks Farm in Memphis to precondition Florida calves. Over the years, the business has grown to include developing replacement heifers and bulls and feeding cattle to harvest, always adapting to serve the evolving needs of fellow producers. Due to increasing demand from loyal customers who’ve come to love the quality of our beef, we opened Quincey’s Burgers and Barbecue—a restaurant that brings our premium products directly to the community we’ve proudly served for decades.
